Personal Prize Funds will be awarded as follows:Rules 1. Minimum total donation towards Personal Prize Fund is $60.00/year. 2. No maximum limit towards Personal Prize Fund. 3. Monthly donations submitted through locked drop box at first weigh in of each month using sealed envelopes. 4. Personal prize funds recorded and tracked through the meetup.com site. 5. Payout of Personal Prize Fund awarded proportionately to weight loss achieved. Forfeiture Personal Prize Funds will be forfeited in total if: a) more than 12 weigh ins are missed OR b) less than 50% attendance of at least 1 approved fitness league/team/club OR c) less than 50% of weight loss goal achieved without medical release from physician Examples of Payout 100% Goal is 50 lb. PPF monthly contributions of $10; total is $120 Actual weight loss was 50 lbs. Payout is $120.00 and potential qualification for Super Prize IF partner meets goal as well. 80% Goal is 50 lbs. PPF monthly contributions of $10; total is $120 Actual weight loss was 40 lbs. (80% of goal) Payout is $96.00 (80% of $120) 50% Goal is 50 lbs. PPF monthly contributions of $10; total is $120 Actual weight loss was 25 lbs. (50% of goal) Payout is $60.00 (50% of goal)
