You should all notice the new column in the Participants table. We are now showing the weekly weight loss cap that will be put into place starting next week. The cap is calculated by taking the greater of the average of your heighest individual week weight loss with your total weight loss or 3% of your starting weight, with a minimum cap of 2 pounds. Weekly weights affected by the cap will be marked in this red color.
Biggest Loser Finale will be held at the Second Sunday Event at Battlefield Park @ 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 12th.
